The Challenge

Before implementing VAUNT, RRG faced several operational difficulties:

Implementation & Onboarding

The onboarding process started with three team members (two managers and one sales agent). The initial training phase lasted about one month.

The core team working in VAUNT includes two sales agents, two managers, and one marketing manager.
