VAUNT offers conversational text messaging (SMS/MMS) between you and your real-estate agent. Messages may include replies to your inquiries, property information, appointment scheduling and reminders, documents, and related updates about your property search or transaction.

You receive messages because you provided your mobile phone number directly to your agent — in person, over the phone, or through a property inquiry — and agreed to be contacted by text message. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property or service.

Message frequency varies depending on your conversation with your agent.

4. Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan.

5. Opting out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages from your agent. After opting out you will receive no further messages unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us using the details below.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
