What is AI Spotlight?

AI Spotlight is the interactive tour tool from VAUNT for new developments. Upload your project data in Excel with your floor plans and images, and you get a clickable, shareable showcase where buyers explore floors and availability.

What do I need to get started?

Just your project data in our Excel template, plus your floor plans and images. Download the template, fill it in, and upload it with your files. No tech or design skills needed.

Does it cost anything?

Your first project is free, and there is no setup fee.

How long until my showcase is ready?

It depends on the size of your project. Your files go into our AI queue, and we message you as soon as your showcase is ready.

Who can I share it with?

Anyone with the link: buyers, brokers, partners, or investors. They click through floors and see what is still available.

Interactive 2D tour of a new residential building, made with VAUNT

A PDF lists your units. AI Spotlight shows your building.

Buyers want to see which units are left, on which floor, at what price. AI Spotlight turns the price list you already have into a tour they can click through and share, with no design work on your side.
