Does the AI act without my team?

No. It acts when your team asks: ask it to send an email or a campaign, and it does. When it drafts an automation, your team reviews it first.

How is VAUNT AI different from a general-purpose AI chat?

A general-purpose AI chat only knows what you paste into it. VAUNT AI works inside VAUNT on your units, leads, and tours, so it answers with your own numbers, adds tours to your calendar, sends emails, and pulls reports for your team.

Is VAUNT AI a chatbot for renters or buyers?

No. VAUNT AI works for your leasing and sales team inside VAUNT. It isn't a general-purpose chatbot, and it doesn't replace your property management system (PMS).

Does VAUNT AI screen tenants?

No. It does not verify identity or screen tenants. AI profiling scores how likely each lead is to buy, and your team decides who to call.

How is our data protected?

VAUNT is hosted on AWS, with backups every 3 hours on separate AWS servers. VAUNT completed a Google CASA security assessment for Gmail and Google Calendar access.
