Proptech startup VAUNT announces they signed their first client in the USA, NYC real estate brokerage and relocation firm Pinpointe Group. The integrated sales and marketing was adapted to meet the new market’s specific requirements. This is a critical step in VAUNT’s expansion, following many strategic actions the founders have taken to ensure growth in North America.

Romanian Proptech startup VAUNT is now officially deployed on the USA market through its partnership with Pinpointe. Their new client is a relocation company that works with dozens of developers and property owners to help people move to NYC bypass all the associated complexity.

To be able to meet the requirements and specificities of the USA market, VAUNT had to adjust their product, which was possible thanks to their modular and agile approach. The solution is integrated with Pinpointe's systems and workflows, helping the team manage all their properties in one unified platform that also allows them to send proposals, matchmake properties with clients, run marketing campaigns, create reports, and handle contracts.

Signing their first client in the USA is the result of the founders' strategic efforts to grow the company on one of the most powerful real estate markets globally. Since last year, VAUNT was selected in the Catalyst NYC 2025 Accelerator, brought on board two US-based strategic advisors, got a trademark in the US, and started organising in-person events in NYC. 

Meanwhile, the startup continues to grow on the local market as well. VAUNT is now the preferred tool of over 90 developers and agencies that manage approximately 100,000assets through the platform, representing close to 11 Billion EUR in value.
