Over the past few years, we’ve been focused on a clear mission: building the data infrastructure behind residential real estate development.

Residential developers manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, long timelines, and large volumes of data, from leads and marketing campaigns to sales performance, financial tracking, and reporting. Yet much of this information is often scattered across spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual processes.

VAUNT was created to change that. Our AI-powered platform helps real estate developers centralize and manage the entire sales and marketing process, giving teams the visibility and structure they need to make better decisions. From managing leads and customer communication to tracking sales performance and generating reports, VAUNT enables developers to run their projects with clarity and efficiency.

We began building VAUNT in Eastern Europe, working closely with residential developers to understand the real operational challenges they face. This hands-on collaboration shaped the platform into a solution designed specifically for the needs of the industry. We are proud to say that now, VAUNT is used by over 80 clients and that we powered $606M in real estate transactions in 2025.

Registering VAUNT® as a US trademark is a signal of our long-term commitment to the market. It reflects our intention to continue investing in the product, strengthening our presence in the US, and building relationships with developers who are looking for better ways to manage their projects.
